The only things you need to bring with you are your insurance card and a photo ID.

Do I need to make an appointment?

There is no need for an appointment. Our facility is open 24/7/365 so we’re available whenever you need us.

Do you treat children?

Our board-certified physicians are trained in pediatric emergency care to provide you and your child with personalized service in the event of an emergency.

What do I do if Avail Hospital doesn’t take my insurance?

The last thing we want is for you to ignore a health-related problem due to insurance issues. If we do not accept your insurance, we will work with you to help establish a payment plan. We can either bill you directly or set up a convenient installment plan that allows you to pay at a pace that’s right for you.

What should I do if I have questions about my bill?
